Overview
Registered Nurse – Telemetry (Tele) travel assignment in Claremont, New Hampshire. Start date: 09/08/2026 for 13 weeks. Weekly pay: $1,889–$1,981 per week. Shift: 12-hour nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM on a 3x12 schedule. Setting: hospital; Travel - Temporary Assignment.

Responsibilities
- Provide bedside RN care for a mixed medical/surgical population with telemetry monitoring across MS, Tele, and PCU needs
- Maintain appropriate dress code (scrubs)
- Support independent practice, precept or mentor, and orient to unit procedures as needed
- Document care in the charting system, ensure patient safety, and respond to changes in patient condition
- Manage patient loads with acuity-based RN/Patient Ratios (typical 5:1, higher acuity PCU 3:1–4:1) and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
Requirements
- Active New Hampshire RN license or multi-state (compact) license; must be uploaded with profile
- Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
- 3+ years of PCU, Medical/Surgical, and Telemetry experience; Telemetry and PCU experience required
- Basic dysrhythmia interpretation proficiency
- Travel experience preferred; own vehicle required
- PPerm address must be included in profile; 50-mile residency rule applies (residence within 50 miles will not be considered)
- All scheduling requests must be included at submission; RTO requests up front; no post-offer changes
- All RTO requests 5 days or less may be approved for a 13-week assignment; no non-billable orientation
- Experience in rural/small facility settings preferred
- Prior MS, Tele, and PCU experience across adult to geriatric populations requested
