Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients using the nursing process and established standards of care
• Maintain and monitor patient conditions and telemetry data; escalate and respond to changes with professional judgment
• Administer medications and therapies as ordered; ensure timely and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and communicate plans with physicians and other care providers
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of nursing staff; delegate tasks per policy and ensure patient safety
• Apply critical thinking and independent judgment to prioritize needs and support optimal patient outcomes

Requirements

• Ability to perform professional nursing duties in a hospital setting
• Flexibility to work day shifts with a 12-hour schedule totaling 36 hours per week
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with the care team
• Capacity to supervise and coordinate care among assigned nursing staff
• Telemetry experience or familiarity with telemetry monitoring is preferred
