Travel Registered Nurse Tele Job

13-week travel assignment in Atlanta, GA starting 09/08/2026 with Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

About the Role

Telemetry-focused cardiac unit with 28 beds (PCU/IMCU) providing care for STEMI/NSTEMI populations and related drips such as Milrinone, Dobutamine, and vasopressors.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on a telemetry/cardiac unit, including STEMI/NSTEMI populations.
• Monitor continuous cardiac rhythms, interpret alarms, and respond to telemetry alerts; coordinate physician communication as needed.
• Administer and manage cardiac medications and drips under physician orders; monitor for adverse effects.
• Prepare and maintain IVs, manage line care, and ensure safe administration of therapies per protocol.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized care plans; document in the electronic health record.
• Maintain BLS/ACLS standards; ensure equipment and patient safety; may be assigned to other telemetry beds within the same unit as needed.

Requirements

• Active registered nurse license in Georgia (or eligibility for Georgia licensure).
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2 years of telemetry/cardiac unit experience in a facility of similar size (approximately 28-bed PCU/IMCU).
• Documented MS/Telemetry experience in work history; ability to work in a fast-paced telemetry environment.
• Graduate of an approved nursing program (Diploma, ADN, or BSN).
• Ability to load and verify demographic information and badge photo as part of credentialing requirements.

Pay

Weekly pay range: $1,620–$1,759.

Schedule
