Travel Registered Nurse Tele Job

About the role

Registered Nurse – Telemetry in Portland, OR, starting 09/14/2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. You’ll earn $1,898–$2,021 per week with guaranteed 36 hours each week. The shift is 3×12-hour day shifts (7:00 AM–7:30 PM). You’ll work in a Short Term Acute Care Hospital setting, delivering coordinated nursing care to a patient group in telemetry, aligned with established standards of care and the nursing process.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct nursing care for a patient group according to standards of care and the nursing process.
• Collect and analyze assessment data, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team; supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff.
• Educate patients and families, provide treatment information, and contribute to discharge planning for continuity of care.
• Maintain a safe, healing environment; delegate appropriately and ensure smooth handoffs during shift changes.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice (Oregon) required.
• CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor required; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• ACLS or ARC-ALS certification required.
• EPIC (EMR) experience required.
• Minimum two years of recent nursing experience in the field (telemetry/acute care) required.
• BSN preferred; related acute care/telemetry experience considered.
• Holiday RTO will not be approved.
• All required vaccinations and onboarding per facility policy, with exemptions as applicable.
