Travel Registered Nurse Tele Job

Travel assignment for a Registered Nurse in Telemetry at a hospital-based unit in Concord, New Hampshire. This 13-week contract begins on 08/23/2026 and offers local rate eligibility for candidates within approximately 50 miles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adult patients on telemetry, interpret rhythm strips, and respond to rhythm abnormalities.
• Administer medications, monitor for therapeutic or adverse effects, and adjust care under physician orders.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and document in the electronic medical record (Cerner experience preferred).
• Respond to alarms and clinical changes, initiating emergency protocols as needed.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to plan and implement patient care, including discharge planning.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and adherence to unit policies; may float to nearby units as needed.

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire or Compact RN license; license verification via NURSYS with all active RN licenses.
• BLS required; New Hampshire issuance needed prior to start; ACLS preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in Telemetry or Med-Surg; Critical Care experience considered if comfortable with med-surg ratios and acuity.
• Dysrhythmia exam required during onboarding with a preferred score of 80%.
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required.
• RTO (time off) requests must be included at time of submission.
• Must be able to work the designated 3x12-hour night shifts and float to nearby units within a reasonable distance if needed.

Pay

Weekly pay ranges from $2,182 to $2,264.
