Travel Registered Nurse PACU Job

Travel temporary assignment in Lewistown, MT starting on 08/24/2026 for 13 weeks.

About the role

This position is in a Critical Access Hospital setting focused on Surgical Services, with responsibilities in circulating and recovery room patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide circulating and recovery nurse services in the operating room.
• Assist the surgical team as needed in other capacities according to established procedures.
• Deliver direct patient care, evaluate outcomes, and adjust nursing care plans in consultation with other specialists to ensure optimal patient results.
• Prepare patients for scheduled procedures and assist with ongoing patient assessment throughout the stay.
• Assist in recovery room patient care and support the patient and family through the perioperative period.

Requirements

• Montana RN license in good standing.
• CPR Healthcare Provider level certification.
• ACLS certification.
• Ability to perform circulating and recovery room duties within surgical services.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts.
• Ability to work effectively in a Critical Access Hospital perioperative setting.

Pay

Weekly pay ranges from $2,399 to $2,504 with guaranteed 40 hours per week on 8-hour shifts.
