Overview
Registered Nurse – PACU in Bakersfield, CA. Travel assignment starting 08/03/2026 for 8 weeks. 4x10-hour daytime shifts (40 hours per week). Weekly pay range: $2,484 per week to $2,595 per week. Guaranteed for 8 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
- Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
- Collaborates with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment
- Maintains accurate documentation of care and patient responses, ensuring patient safety and timely delivery of services
Requirements
- Active registered nurse license (California)
- PACU or postoperative nursing experience preferred
- Ability to perform 10-hour daytime shifts and work in an acute care, PACU setting
- Willingness to participate in a 8-week travel assignment in Bakersfield, CA
