Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients in PACU according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Monitor patient status during recovery, perform assessments, and respond to changes in condition; manage airway, vital signs, pain, and nausea as appropriate
• Administer medications and monitor effects, document care accurately, and communicate changes to the care team
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with anesthesia, surgeons, physicians, and ancillary staff
• Coordinate post-anesthesia care with interdisciplinary teams and ensure safe transfers or discharge planning
• Apply critical thinking, professional judgment, and independent decision-making to uphold patient safety and infection control standards

Requirements

• Active RN license in good standing
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a PACU environment
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Authorized to work in the United States and available to start on 08/10/2026
