Travel Registered Nurse Oncology Job

About the role

Registered Nurse – Oncology (Infusion Therapy) travel assignment in Berlin, VT. Start date: 10/12/2026 for a 16‑week engagement. Work setting: outpatient infusion/hematology‑oncology within a hospital‑type environment. Orientation: bi‑weekly on Mondays. Travel assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Responsibilities

• Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy agents to Oncology patients in an outpatient infusion clinic, following established protocols
• Monitor patients during infusions, identify and respond to adverse reactions, and document care in the Epic EMR system
• Prepare and verify chemotherapy regimens, ensuring correct dosing, safe handling, and accurate administration
• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, potential side effects, and symptom management
• Collaborate with the care team to coordinate care, maintain sterile technique, and perform IV access and related procedures as needed

Requirements

• Active RN license (state not specified for this description)
• BLS certification
• Chemo and biotherapy certification required
• Outpatient infusion/oncology experience required; minimum 2 years in clinical practice and 2 years in the oncology specialty
• Epic EMR experience within the past 2 years
• Ability to work in an outpatient infusion/oncology setting
• Reliable transportation required due to limited public transit in the area
• Travel eligibility for a 16‑week assignment

Pay

Weekly pay ranges from $2,457 to $2,586 for 40 hours per week.

Schedule

Shift: 8‑hour day shifts, 5 days per week (5×8).
