Travel Registered Nurse OB GYN Job

Overview

Registered Nurse – OB/GYN, Glendale, California, starts 08/17/2026 for 8 weeks in a travel temporary assignment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines
• Apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in patient care decisions
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team; document care and outcomes per policy
• Monitor patient status, assess needs, and participate in discharge planning and education as appropriate

Requirements

• Current, active RN license in California
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN or BSN)
• OB/GYN/maternity care nursing experience is preferred for this assignment
• Able to work nights on a 3x12 schedule and participate in a travel assignment
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
