Overview
This travel assignment (temporary) begins 07/27/2026 for 12 weeks. Weekly pay ranges from $1,627 to $1,711 per week, with guaranteed hours of 36. Shift is 12-hour nights on a 2x3 schedule. Work in a hospital-based NICU unit caring for very high-acuity neonates.

Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing care to neonates in a high-acuity NICU, including monitoring infants on ventilators and other life-support devices. Assess, document, and respond to neonatal status changes; manage IV fluids, medications, central lines, and enteral/or parenteral nutrition as ordered. Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, pharmacists, and families to develop and implement care plans. Ensure accurate documentation in the electronic health record and adherence to NICU protocols and infection control standards.
Requirements
- Active RN license in Georgia (or eligibility)
- NICU or neonatal ICU experience required or strongly preferred
- BLS certification required; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) recommended
- Able to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity NICU environment
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Strong patient safety and critical thinking skills
