Travel Registered Nurse LTC Job

About the role

Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care position in Keene, New Hampshire, United States. Start date: October 1, 2026. Duration: 4 weeks. Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct RN nursing care to residents in a long‑term care setting.
• Monitor patient status, perform routine head‑to‑toe assessments, and track vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders; document changes and notify the care team as needed.
• Collaborate with LPNs, CNAs, and physicians to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document care activities in the electronic health record with accuracy and timeliness; communicate changes to the team.
• Maintain safety, infection control, and medication administration standards; respond to emergencies per established protocols.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse license in New Hampshire.
• Experience in a long‑term care setting is preferred.
• Ability to work the night shift and meet the guaranteed hours for the assignment.
• Strong documentation and communication skills to coordinate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to a local, 4‑week assignment and adherence to assignment schedule and policies.

Pay

Weekly pay: $994‑$1,069 per week.

Schedule

Guaranteed hours: 32 per week. Shift: Night shift, 11:00 PM–7:30 AM.
