Travel Registered Nurse L&D Job
Overview
A Registered Nurse – Labor, Delivery, and Postpartum (LDRP) position is available in Havre, MT starting August 19, 2026 for a 13-week travel assignment. The weekly pay range is $1,928 to $1,958, with 36 guaranteed hours per week. The shift is 3x12 hours rotating days and nights.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and coordinate obstetric nursing care across antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, and newborn periods using the nursing process.
- Assess maternal-fetal status, monitor labor progression, and support newborn assessment and stabilization as needed.
- Administer medications and perform procedures per established protocols; respond to obstetric emergencies and provide skilled, evidence-based care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, participate in rotational call, document care plans, and ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Educate patients and families regarding labor, delivery, postpartum care, newborn care, and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure infection prevention and quality standards are met.
Requirements
- Active Montana RN license.
- ACLS, NRP, and BLS certifications required.
- Ability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (days and nights) and participate in call as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation.
