Overview

Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery in Keene, New Hampshire.

Start date: September 14, 2026 for a 13-week travel assignment.

Weekly pay range: $2,296–$2,334 per week.

Guaranteed hours: 0.0.

Shift: Night shift, 3×12-hour shifts.

Setting: Short Term Acute Care Hospital.

  • Active New Hampshire RN license or Compact license to practice in NH (must be uploaded with profile).
  • Minimum 2 years Labor & Delivery experience.
  • Postpartum and Mother/Baby care experience.
  • BLS (American Heart Association) certified.
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
  • Epic EMR experience.
  • AWHONN certification within past 3 years preferred.
  • Own vehicle required for travel assignments.

Requirements

Education: Nursing degree from an accredited program; current RN licensure.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to patients from infancy through adult life, applying age-appropriate assessments and individualized care plans.
  • Support labor, delivery, and postpartum processes; monitor maternal and fetal status; assist with newborn care as needed.
  • Administer medications, manage IV therapy, monitor for adverse effects, and respond to clinical changes per unit protocols.
  • Document comprehensive assessments, plans, progress, and discharge instructions in Epic EMR; ensure clear, timely communication with the care team.
  • Collaborate with obstetric, neonatal, anesthesia, and support staff to coordinate safe, patient-centered care and discharge planning.
  • Educate patients and families on postpartum care, newborn care, and post-discharge expectations.
