Travel Registered Nurse ER Job
Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) travel assignment in Randolph, Vermont, United States.
Start dates: 07/27/2026 or 08/03/2026.
Duration: 13 weeks.
Weekly pay: $1,953–$2,114 per week.
Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.
Shift: 12-hour nights on a 2x3 schedule.

Responsibilities
- Delivery of direct patient care for ER patients, including triage, stabilization, and ongoing assessment.
- Administration of medications, IV therapy, and rapid response to clinical changes; monitor vital signs and lab results.
- Collaboration with physicians, nursing colleagues, and multidisciplinary teams to implement ED protocols and ensure patient flow.
- Documentation of care in the electronic health record with emphasis on accuracy, safety, and privacy.
- Maintain patient safety and comfort, uphold infection control standards, and communicate with patients and families.
- Participate in shift handoffs, acute care coordination, and quality improvement activities.
Requirements
- Active RN license in the State of Vermont.
- Minimum 2 years ED experience.
- Current BLS, with ACLS, PALS, ENPC and/or TNCC; CEN preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a high-volume ER setting on 12-hour night shifts (1:3–5 patient ratios).
