About the role

American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 13-week Home Health travel assignment in Bellingham, Washington. This role requires at least 1 year of recent home health experience and HCHB EMR experience.

Home health setting covering Snohomish and Skagit County (Mount Vernon) and Island territory, extending up to a 60-mile radius from the hub office. Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. No weekend or on-call requirements. Patient population primarily geriatric with an average caseload of 5-7 patients per day and 6 visits daily. Productivity requirement of a minimum of 30 points weekly.

Responsibilities

• Develop home exercise programs
• Provide patient and family education
• Timely documentation and communication
• Attend in-office visits weekly or biweekly for team meetings and supply/admission packet pickup

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent home health physical therapy experience
• BLS certification
• OASIS experience
• HCHB EMR experience
• Experience with geriatric patient population
• Flexibility with territory assignments
• Active license (if applicable)
• Scrubs required in any color; no jeans permitted

• 40 hours per week, 8-hour day shifts (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
