Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,726 per week
Job Description
This assignment is primarily providing PTO coverage, with a territory focused on Southwest Portland and surrounding suburbs. The position is Monday through Friday, 8 AM–5 PM, with no on-call requirements and an occasional weekend rotation approximately every 6–8 weeks.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Oregon PT license or ability to obtain prior to start
- Current BLSPrevious Home Health experience required
- HCHB experience preferred
- Comfortable floating throughout the assigned Portland-area territory
- Strong independent case-management and documentation skills
