• Home Health setting
• Monday–Friday schedule
• 40 hours guaranteed
• One-on-one patient care
• Flexible, territory-based scheduling
• Treat orthopedic, neurologic, post-surgical, cardiac, and medically complex patients
• Collaborate with nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and case managers
• Build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them remain safely at home
