Shift & Schedule
- Shift: Days, 5x8hrs
- Hours: 40 hrs/wk
- Schedule: 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday
- No weekend or on-call requirements
Territory & Travel
- Territory covers Anacortes, Oak Harbor, and Coupeville
- Territory extends up to a 60-mile radius from the main office
- May require ferry travel
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent Home Health experience required
- BLS certification required
- OASIS experience required
- HCHB EMR experience required
- License required if applicable
- Experience with orthopedic, neurologic, and post-operative patient populations preferred
- Skilled in home exercise program development and patient/family education
- Must be flexible with territory assignments
- Timely documentation and communication required
Work Environment
- Home Health setting
- Patient population primarily geriatric
- Caseload of approximately 5-7 patients per day with 6 visits daily
- Minimum of 30 productivity points weekly
- In-office visits at least once every one to two weeks for team meetings, supplies, and admission packets
- Scrubs required in any color; no jeans permitted

- iPad provided for documentation
- Personal cell phone not required
- Mileage reimbursed at the IRS standard rate
