Responsibilities
- Monitor cardiac rhythms and interpret telemetry data
- Administer medications and prepare equipment
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to manage complex patient needs
- Assess and respond to emergencies
- Document care and adhere to safety and regulatory standards
- Educate patients and provide support during transitions
Requirements
- At least one year of recent experience as a Stepdown RN
- Valid RN license
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Critical thinking and strong communication skills
- Physical stamina and technical proficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- PCCN certification
- NIHSS certification
