Travel Occupational Therapist Acute Care Job

Travel temporary assignment supporting an inpatient, adult-focused acute care setting in Lodi, California. Start date: 08/31/2026; duration: 13 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct targeted segments of treatment programs to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions for adult acute care patients
• Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and discharge planning
• Perform OT evaluations, formulate goals, implement treatment plans, and monitor patient progress in collaboration with the care team
• Document timely progress notes and outcomes in Epic; Cerner experience is a plus
• Provide patient and caregiver education, and support transition to next level of care or home, including home exercise programs and device training as appropriate

Requirements

• Experience in Adult Acute Rehab, Neuro, ICU, or Cardiovascular populations
• Experience with Epic EMR; Cerner experience is a plus
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, in a days shift (5x8)
• Travel assignment or willingness to relocate/time-shift for accommodation as required

Pay

Weekly pay: $2,550.00-$2,671.00 per week
