Travel - Temporary Assignment starting 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks in Moses Lake, WA.

About the Role

This home healthcare travel assignment offers guaranteed hours of 40 per week on a day shift. Weekly pay ranges from $2,200–$2,249. Mentorship opportunity available with an experienced hand therapy provider to support elbow/wrist/hand program growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to home health patients, including assessment, treatment, and care planning for physical disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or surgery.
• Develop and re-evaluate patient care plans; utilize therapeutic modalities and assistive devices to relieve pain and maximize function.
• Document all pertinent information in the EMR; communicate treatment plans with patients, families, and the care team; complete daily billing procedures.
• Educate patients and families about treatment plans and procedures; supervise OT aides and support staff; collaborate with the supervising physician as needed.
• Manage daily workload and monitor safety of care equipment and environment; report deficiencies to the Director as required.

Requirements

• Active Washington state OT license or eligible to obtain.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (American Occupational Therapy Association approved); advanced degree preferred.
• One year outpatient care experience preferred; hand therapy and splinting experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider (HCP) certification within 3 months of hire.
• Ability to evaluate and provide care across the age continuum from school age to geriatric.
