About the role
Coordinate patient care from admission through discharge, ensuring that treatments, services, and resources align with each patient’s medical needs and recovery goals. Requirements
- NH or compact RN license
- BLS certification
- 2 years of case management experience in an acute hospital setting
- Acute hospital experience during the past year with no more than a 90-day break
- Critical care experience
Schedule
- Length of assignment: 13 weeks
- Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Hours per week: 36
Pay
$1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per week
