Travel LPN

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care, assist with personal hygiene, and activities of daily living.
• Administer medications, manage wounds, and perform skilled nursing procedures.
• Document care and resident status accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and follow individualized care plans.
• Educate residents and families about treatments and disease management.
• Support emotional well-being and provide compassionate care.
• Supervise support staff, delegate tasks, and respond to emergencies within scope.
• Recognize and report patient condition changes.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of recent LPN experience.
• Valid LPN license and current BLS or CPR certification.
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to move equipment and assist patients.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, computer skills, and following instructions.
• Ability to work under pressure, maintain attention to detail, and handle irregular schedules.
