About the role
Horsham Center for Jewish Life is a 324-bed long-term care community dedicated to providing exceptional care and enhancing the quality of life for its residents. We are currently seeking compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our nursing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Monitor, assess, and document residents’ conditions while reporting changes to the appropriate care team members.
- Collaborate with Registered Nurses, CNAs, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to promote quality resident outcomes.
- Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents.
Requirements
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license required.
- Compassionate, dependable, and dedicated to providing excellent resident care.
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team.
- Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required.
