About the Role

Francis Marion Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate, reliable Nurses (LPN) to join our care team. You'll be an essential part of our residents' care in a team-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the nursing care for all residents and delegate shift tasks to nurses
• Supervise nurse aides as they complete their assignments
• Observe residents' conditions, oversee, and respond as necessary
• Inform physicians of any changes in resident conditions
• Communicate with patients, family members, and the interdisciplinary team about care plan changes
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications

Requirements

• Current unrestricted LPN License for the state of Virginia
• Current CPR/BLS Certification
