Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $2,680 per week

About the role

Ardor Health Solutions is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Gilbert, Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a LTC setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient care coordination
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona
• Experience in Long Term Care setting preferred
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Exam (NPTE)
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Arizona
