About the role
Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Alamosa, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
- Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to physical therapy.
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current CPR certification.
