Medlivo Therapy is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week contract in Concord, New Hampshire.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care setting.
• Adhere to all professional standards and regulations related to physical therapy.
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist License.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be available for an 8-hour shift.

Pay

Weekly Gross: $2,300.00
Plus Additional: $200.00 Travel Reimbursement

Schedule

8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
