About the role
CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 11, 2026.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient conditions and progress, and modify treatment plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Iowa.
- At least one year of experience in long-term care or related field.
- Knowledge of long-term care facilities and their unique patient populations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Skills
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and technology relevant to physical therapy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
