Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in long-term care facilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patients' functional abilities and progress towards goals.
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Active Physical Therapist License.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Strong clinical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay
$2,160.00 weekly gross plus an additional $200.00 travel reimbursement.
Schedule
36 hours per week, 8 hours per shift, Monday through Friday.
