CoreMedical Group is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting on July 25, 2026, in Victorville, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care in a LTC/SNF setting
• Work 40 hours per week on a 8-hour shift schedule

Requirements

• Current license to practice physical therapy in the state of California
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility settings preferred
• Passionate about providing high-quality patient care

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current CPR certification
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
