Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $2,060 per week

About the role

A travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist is needed for a 13-week assignment starting July 25, 2026, in Greenbrae, California.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long-term care facility setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Adhere to infection control protocols and safety guidelines

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in long-term care or related field
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and reimbursement processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• Current CPR certification

Pay

The pay package is based on 8-hour shifts and 40 hours per week, with tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The estimated weekly payment includes hourly wages, meal and incidental expenses, and housing expenses incurred on behalf of the company.

Schedule

The shift is 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday.
