Travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist - $2,546 per week

TRS Healthcare is seeking a travel Long Term Care (LTC) Physical Therapist for a travel job in John Day, Oregon.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in a long term care facility setting.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Assess patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
- At least one year of recent relevant work experience in a long term care facility.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Skills
- Knowledge of long term care facility operations and regulations.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Experience with fall prevention and rehabilitation techniques.
