Travel Level 1 RN House Supervisor - $2,670 per week

About the Role

House Supervisor Level 1 position in an acute care setting. This role involves supporting clinical staff and ensuring smooth operational flow during night shifts. The position requires excellent conflict resolution skills and the ability to address operational and clinical issues effectively. The unit requires support in conflict resolution and mediation between staff or patients. Candidates should have an understanding of nursing practice and standards, and be familiar with collective bargaining agreements. This position does not include direct reports and involves supporting staff on the units they are covering.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical staff and ensure smooth operational flow during night shifts
• Address operational and clinical issues effectively
• Provide conflict resolution and mediation between staff or patients

Requirements

• Valid RN license
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
• ACLS and BLS certifications

Schedule

• Shift: 8 hours, nights
• Duration: 13 weeks (09/07/2026 to 12/07/2026)
• 37 hours per week (minimum of 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per shift)
