Job Summary

The role entails overseeing nursing operations and patient safety, maintaining quality care through effective supervision. The position involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and supporting clinical functions during the night shift.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week

Required Qualifications

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) prior to first shift
• Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) prior to first shift (CIRH only)
• Minimum of two (2) years of bedside clinical experience
• Experience in progressive care unit (PCU)
• Charge nurse experience
• Previous experience in a healthcare organization is highly desired

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a hospital setting

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
