Job Summary
The organization is seeking a qualified Level 1 House Supervisor to oversee inpatient unit operations within a short-term acute care facility that functions as a Level II Trauma Center. The position entails managing clinical workflows and ensuring patient safety in a fast-paced hospital environment, with a focus on leadership and operational oversight.
Job Details
- Schedule: Night shifts, 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week, start date 08/10/2026
Required Qualifications
- Valid Washington or Compact Registered Nurse (RN) license in hand
- BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) certifications
- One year of nursing experience, inpatient acute care
- Crisis intervention/management, facility/bed diversion, rapid response team, discharge AMA, sentinel events monitoring and reporting, post-surgery and post-procedures care, transfer to higher level of care, customer service, infection control, isolation procedures
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (DPH, TJC, OSHA)
- Supervising nursing care delivery on all units
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience as a charge nurse and prior supervisory roles are advantageous
Additional Information
- Candidates may be expected to float between nearby facilities
- Refusal to float may lead to termination of assignment
- Candidates should include responses regarding previous employment at a healthcare facility and references covering the last three years
- All schedule and RTO requests must be specified upfront during submission, with a maximum of one job per submittal

Pay Package
The pay package is based on 10 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
