Travel Level 1 RN House Supervisor - $2,220 per week

Job Summary

The healthcare facility is seeking a House Supervisor for a level 1 position in Mauston, Wisconsin. This role involves coordinating and evaluating the delivery of safe and effective patient care across multiple departments, serving as a nursing resource, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The supervisor will demonstrate professionalism, lead staff, and facilitate communication between departments, patients, visitors, and hospital administration.

Job Details

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, a minimum of 36 hours per week.

Required Qualifications

• Two-year degree in nursing;
• Wisconsin Registered Nursing license;
• BLS certification (obtained within 1 month of hire);
• ACLS, PALS, NRP certifications (obtained within 12 months of hire);
• 3+ years related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• BSN;
• TNCC certification encouraged.

Additional Information

• The House Supervisor oversees patient care coordination, conducts routine rounds, supports staff, manages patient placement, assists with staffing and pharmacy needs, and activates incident command during mass casualty incidents.

Pay Package

The Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
