About the role
House Supervisor Level 1 (RN) position located in a critical access healthcare facility. This role involves overseeing clinical operations, managing staff, and ensuring quality patient care on the designated shift. The position requires clinical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to function effectively within a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations on the designated shift
- Manage staff and ensure quality patient care
- Handle crisis management and discharge processes
- Maintain infection control and regulatory compliance (DPH, TJC, OSHA)
- Supervise nursing care delivery
Requirements
- Valid state RN license (compact license must be in hand at submission)
- At least 1 year of experience as a Charge Nurse or Supervisor
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- Experience with inpatient acute care
- Prepared to work designated holidays
- SSN and DOB required for travel compliance
- Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
- Completion of all required modules pre-start and during orientation via Workramp (time included in non-billable hours)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in community hospital settings
- Experience with trauma level I or II facilities

- Assignment duration: 09/08/2026 to 12/08/2026
- Facility: 23-bed critical access hospital
- Placement restrictions: Can only sub to 1 facility at a time
- Must disclose previous employment at a Providence facility if applicable
- RTO requests should be made upfront during the application process

Pay
Pay package is based on 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
