Travel Hospice RN

Role: Provide compassionate end-of-life care to patients in hospice settings, focusing on comfort, pain management, and emotional support. Assess patient needs, develop care plans, administer medications, and educate families. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, regulatory-compliant care and document all interventions accurately. Offer emotional support to patients and loved ones while maintaining safety and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills Recent RN experience, including at least six months in hospiceValid RN license and BLS certificationCritical thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skillsPhysical ability to perform required tasks, including moving equipment and standing for periodsProficiency in PC use and ability to work under pressure Key Duties: Develop care plans, manage symptoms, educate families, monitor patient changes, coordinate with care teams, ensure documentation compliance, and adhere to safety protocols. Provide emotional support and maintain effective communication with team members.
