Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care
- Assess patient needs and develop care plans
- Administer pain management
- Educate families
- Monitor patient conditions
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
- Document care
- Ensure adherence to regulations
- Offer emotional support to patients and families

Qualifications & Skills
- One year of recent RN experience, including at least six months in hospice
- Valid RN license
- BLS certification
- Critical thinking skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Physical ability to perform duties
- Proficiency in documentation and PC skills
