Travel Hospice RN

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Hospice RN to provide end-of-life care in patients' homes or hospice settings. The ideal candidate is empathetic, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure to deliver exceptional end-of-life care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Administer pain management and symptom control
• Educate families on patient care and end-of-life processes
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care as needed
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, dignified care

Requirements

• Active RN license
• At least one year of recent RN experience
• Minimum six months of hospice or palliative care experience
• BLS certification
• Strong critical thinking and technical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Physical ability to perform caregiving tasks
