Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,660 per week

American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in West Plains, Missouri.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
• Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform assessments
• Create and manage individualized care plans
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

• 15 years of experience as a PT
• At least 4 years of experience in Home Health
• Valid Physical Therapist license (Texas license held; Missouri licensure required for this role)
• Willingness to obtain Missouri licensure
• US-based practice experience with active license for over 12 years

Pay

Pay range: $2516.80 - $2642.64 weekly

Schedule

8-Hour Days (additional shifts may be available)

Pay Package

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
