Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,660 per week
About the role
American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Jackson, Tennessee.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop patient-specific treatment plans for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders (PT).
- Educate patients and families on therapy procedures and equipment usage to optimize recovery outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and effective patient care.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a PT
- Current TN state license as a Physical Therapist
- Valid CPR certification
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and insurance
- Prior home care experience preferred

Pay
Pay Range: $59.05 - $62.00 per hour
Schedule
40 Hours per week, Day Shift (Rotating/Nights/Variable shifts to meet operational needs)
Pay Package
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
