American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Flint, Michigan. The position starts immediately and involves 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
- Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform assessments
- Create and manage individualized care plans
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as a PT
- Valid Physical Therapist license
- Willingness to obtain state licensure
Qualifications
- Local and traveler-friendly – travel reimbursement available

Pay range: $2,466.80 - $2,590.14 weekly
