About the role
American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The position starts immediately and is 40 hours per week, with 8-hour shifts.
Responsibilities
- Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes.
- Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform assessments.
- Create and manage individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a PT.
- Valid Physical Therapist license.
- Willingness to obtain Colorado or compact licensure.
Qualifications
Qualified candidates must have at least 1 year of experience in Home Health.
