American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Rolla, Missouri. The position starts immediately and requires 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one, high-touch care to patients in their homes
• Conduct skilled nursing visits and perform assessments
• Create and manage individualized care plans
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers to improve patient outcomes

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a PT
• Valid Physical Therapist license
• Willingness to obtain state licensure
