Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,660 per week

About the role

American Medical Staffing is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Orangeburg, South Carolina. This is a 40-hour per week, 8-hour shift position starting immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for neuromuscular, neurological, and orthopedic disorders.
• Document, review, and revise the Plan of Care, progress notes, and clinical records in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Instruct patients and families on transfer techniques, use of adaptive equipment, and home modifications for safety and independence.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a PT
• Current State license as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance
• Diploma of Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program
• Previous home care experience is preferred
• Able to perform heavy lifting, bending, pulling, pushing, and standing for prolonged periods

• Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be able to pass a background check

Pay

The pay range for this position is $58.99 - $61.94 hourly. The actual pay will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
