Travel Home Health Physical Therapist - $2,242 per week

About the role

Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment starting July 27, 2026, in Camden, South Carolina.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document patient care activities and progress in accordance with regulatory requirements

Requirements

• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• At least one year of relevant work experience in Home Health or related field
• Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Skills

• Proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations

Pay

The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
