About the role
Aequor Allied is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapist for a position in Dover, Delaware.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in their home environment.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Delaware.
- At least one year of recent relevant work experience in Home Health Physical Therapy.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing score on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of home health care protocols and regulations.
Skills
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective organizational and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems.

Pay
The pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with a tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
Schedule
